I hope my products make you happy. If there is an issue, however, please contact me and I'll work with you to do my best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

As with everyone who uses a postal service, I'm afraid I can't be held responsible for what happens once I've posted your item. I wish I could hand-deliver all your items personally, and maybe stay for a cuppa, but unfortunately, I have to trust good old Royal Mail and hope for the best. If you want to request a method of postage other than the one I state in the description, please let me know, and I'll see what I can do, and let you know how much it will cost.

❂ How to pay:

I accept payments by PayPal, Direct Payments and Etsy Gift Cards.

For PayPal payments: if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via their site with your credit or debit card. Just follow these easy steps:

❂ Non-payment:

Once you have purchased your item, please ensure payment reaches me within 24 hours. If I do not receive payment in this time, I will contact you to find out if you still wish to go ahead with the order and hopefully we can sort it out. If I have still not received payment within 24 hours of contacting you, I reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.

If you have attempted to pay and something has gone wrong, please contact me as soon as possible, and hopefully we'll be able to resolve the issue between us.

❂ Cancellation :

If you change your mind about purchasing an item, please let me know within 24 hours of the moment of purchase, and I will cancel the transaction and relist the item for sale.

Shipping

❂ Postage costs:

Postage is included within the price of the item. I'll state in the description how the item will be posted.

I calculate costs based on the weight and size of items (as per the Royal Mail's Price Finder tool). I also include costs of the packaging itself e.g. hardbacked envelopes, padded envelopes etc.

❂ Address details:

Please ensure you have provided me with the correct delivery address. For example, I know that sometimes there can be a disparity between a PayPal address and the address someone might give for delivery. If this is deliberate, please let me know. Always best to check as I can't be held responsible for items not received due to me being provided with an incorrect address.

❂ Packages:

I take pride in sending out great-looking, fun-to-receive packages and take great care to wrap each piece according to its own needs. I prefer to use recycled or upcycled packaging materials whenever I can, to cut down on waste. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transit.
